If you love classic cars as much as we do, the name Yenko should certainly ring a bell. Back in 1957, a Chevy dealership in Pennsylvania developed an in-house performance shop with famed racecar driver Don Yenko at the helm. Yenko and his crew went on to build many legendary high-performance vehicles, including the iconic 1969 Yenko/SC Camaro pictured above. To honor and commemorate this legacy, Charity Motor Club has put together a unique event on Saturday, July 30th, 2022 at the Saratoga Auto Museum in Saratoga Springs, New York. Classic Industries is proud to sponsor this upcoming event.

When it comes to restoring a classic car, it's common to tackle the biggest jobs first, such as repairing engine and suspension issues. Understandably, interior restoration isn't usually the top priority, since many interior parts are cosmetic in nature. However, there's one interior issue that can turn into a major annoyance every time you drive the car: a droopy, sagging headliner. So, today we'll go through some of the steps to replace the headliner on your third-gen 1982-92 Camaro or Firebird/Trans Am.

Several Classic Industries products recently appeared in the February 2022 issue of All Chevy Performance magazine, when the owner of this 1963 Chevy II set out to replace its side window glass. The article explains, "Although it’s impossible to tell now, Scudellari started out with a car that was rough. In fact, it was so rough he got it for free." As you can see from these photos, it has been fully restored inside and out, thanks to a selection of quality parts and lots of diligent labor.

In a video interview with Kevin Cuenca, Classic Industries founder and CEO Jeff Leonard shed some light on the origin story of the company. It all started in 1976, when Jeff was looking for replacement carpet for his own Camaro RS. He didn't know back then that more than 45 years later, the company would be helping classic car fans around the world find parts for their Chevrolet, Pontiac, Dodge, Plymouth, Buick, and Ford restoration projects.

A 1938 Mercedes-Benz 540K Autobahn Kurier won Best of Show at the 70^th edition of the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, held Sunday, August 15, 2021. For the first time ever there were also 38 former Pebble Beach Concours Best of Show automobiles on display to welcome the 540K to this prestigious club of Best of Show winners at the pinnacle of vintage automobile events.

Unless you're fortunate enough to be the original owner of your classic car, it's likely that you may find some repairs or restoration done by the previous owner. Sometimes the work is done properly, but in many cases, it's not up to par. To get your car back to original condition, you may have to undo botched repairs and replace incorrect parts. In a recent Chevy Hardcore article, the owner of this beautiful 1971 Nova showed how he repaired his car's dashboard using parts from Classic Industries.

The Fabulous Fords Forever show made a triumphant return on Sunday, June 13, in Irwindale, California. Drawing more than 1,000 Ford cars, including Mustangs (Classic, Fox Body, SN95, New Edge, S197, S550), Falcons, Cougars, Thunderbirds, Broncos, and F100s, and thousands of Ford fans, the long-running So Cal show was a massive hit in it's first appearance at Irwindale Speedway!

When it comes to classic car restoration, it's no surprise that most owners place a strong focus on exterior paint and body work, as well as mechanical components such as the engine, transmission, suspension, and brakes.
