Mastering the Classic Industries Customer Portal: A Step-by-Step Guide

[It's just the home page, for goodness sakes, but never mind]. With this whiz bang, sure fire Getting To Know Your Mastering The Classic Industries Customer Portal: A Step-by-Step Guide, you'll be an expert American muscle car components investigator and shopping guru before you know it.

Step 1 - Scroll To the Bottom Half of the Home Page

After bringing up the www.classicindustries.com website, scroll to the second half of the home page as shown below.

Step 2 - Select All Company Policies

Click on the All Company Policies that's just under COMPANY INFORMATION and is in blue ink (because it has been preselected).

Step 3 - Choose General, the Upper Lefthand Box

General is one of 10 cubicles that holds answers to frequently asked customer and American muscle car enthusiasts questions about Classic Industries.

Step 4 - Click on 'What Is The History Of Classic Industries'

Step 5 - Learn About Classic Industries

After you've read about how Classic Industries was established back in the mid-1970s, you can keep scrolling down the page. Listed beneath the enthralling history of CI are the different makes and models of American muscle cars components, performance parts, and accessories that are offered for purchase on the Classic Industries website. 

Step 6 - Click Your Back Arrow To Return To General

You see that arrow pointing to your back arrow on the History of Classic Industries page just above? Click it to return to General. Once you're back at General, there's something else to show you, honorable CI customer and/or American muscle car enthusiast.

Step 7 - Use The Left Nav To Click Product Q&A

Instead of using the back key in the upper lefthand corner, you can use the left vertical navigation bar to go to the other available selections. Let's choose Product Q&A to see what that's all about. Now that you've clicked that selection, here's what you see:

If you want more information on a specific part number, and you know what the part number is, you can search for the part by using the search box at the top of the screen and typing the part number. Or, you can scroll the various parts by clicking on 'See more.' If you don't find the part listed here, you can always search for the part on the CI website.

Step 8 - Use The Left Nav To Select Shipping

Let's assume that you don't live in California, and you will need to have your parts shipped to where ever you live. You're going to want to know the different ways in which products are shipped.

Step 9 - Select Ordering From The Left Nav

Once you've learned about all the different ways that orders can be shipped to your home, you can learn more about ordering parts from Classic Industries. Of course, you can also search different topics in the address bar or search bar in the blue section of the webpage. 

Step 10 - Choose 'Return Policy' On The Ordering Page

Before you select 'Return Policy,' notice that there are other topics on this page if you select 'See more.' Many of these pages will offer other subjects that you can investigate. Feel free to click around and scroll around to learn more about the CI portal and to become more familiar with how easy it is to find those must-have components for your American muscle machine.

Step 12 - Choose Terms and Conditions From Left Nav

There are only three topics to read about on this page. You're welcome to read about all three. But, make sure you check out the 'Emission Compliance and CARB' document, as there is some good information there.

Step 14 - Read 'Emission Compliance and CARB'

After you've gleaned or read thoroughly, you can choose 'Pricing' and see what's going on there. 

Step 15 - Choose 'Pricing Policy' From The Pricing Page

You can choose whatever one you wish from this list of five topics. For the purpose of a demonstration, choose 'Pricing Policy.'
