Can you ship my order in one box to reduce shipping costs?

Yes. If all items in your order can be packed together safely to prevent damage from occurring while in transit, then we always attempt to use the least amount of shipping boxes for each order.

Why does my order appear on back order if all items were in stock when I placed my order online?

All orders shipping overseas are automatically placed on hold until we can provide a shipping quote. The entire order will appear on back order until we determine your shipping cost is determined You will receive an email from rates@classicindustries.com within 48-72 hours detailing your shipping options.

Why do I have to pay a sales tax if my order is shipping to a freight forwarder?

If we arrange to ship an order from our warehouse to any location within California, sales tax must be applied to that order. To avoid paying sales tax, you may arrange for an authorized freight carrier to pick up the order from our warehouse instead. Do you ship overseas? What is the shipping cost for overseas orders?

How do I order one of your catalogs?

Simply select one of our industry-leading catalogs and choose your preferred delivery method. You can also download it instantly as a PDF.

I ordered a catalog, but it hasn't arrived. When can I expect it?

Most catalogs are delivered 4th class mail and can take 4-6 weeks to arrive. If your catalog takes longer than 4-6 weeks to arrive, or if you paid for expedited delivery, please contact us.

Does Classic Industries offer a gift card?

Classic Industries does not offer gift cards. However, we do offer gift certificates. Please call 1-800-854-1280 for more information or to order gift certificates. Classic Industries does accept gift cards issued by major credit card companies, such as VISA or American Express gift cards.

Why are online prices sometimes different from the price in my catalog?

Unfortunately, our catalogs cannot be updated once they are printed. Prices in all catalogs were in effect at the time of printing. However, pricing can and does change. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. For current pricing, please check our website or contact us.

Why are some products listed as unavailable?

Products listed as "unavailable" are backordered or no longer available for purchase online. We sometimes provide information for unavailable products online for a certain period of time. In most cases, we are working to re-stock the product and offer it for sale in the near future.

What is "tooling"?

Tooling is the equipment and setup required to manufacture a part. Our policy is to only list products that are going to be available when our catalog is published. However, a manufacturer's tooling phase for a product sometimes takes more time than anticipated due to quality control concerns. A tooling delay generally results in a superior product in the long run.

Can I have a friend pick up my order in your showroom?

Yes. Please be advised that will call orders must be paid for at the time of pick up. Your friend will be required to pay using his/her own credit card or pay in cash. Will call orders cannot be prepaid. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What is an F-Body? What are Mopar A, B, and E-bodies?

GM, Ford, and Chrysler made many different vehicles on a small handful of platforms. These platforms were usually called "bodies." When can I expect my backordered items to be shipped?

While back orders are often beyond the control of Classic Industries, most out of stock items are shipped within 4-6 weeks. Where is my order?

In most cases, you can track your order using its tracking numbers or your invoice/order number. Otherwise, contact us and we'll be happy to track it down for you. For ground shipments, a tracking number will be available once your order begins transit. The tracking number will be automatically sent to you within 24 hours of the ship date. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours from the date of receipt.

Does Classic Industries Ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?

Yes. Alaskan, Hawaiian, and Puerto Rican orders are shipped via 2 day air delivery whenever possible. All orders must be pre-paid with credit card, money order, or check. No COD orders are accepted. Rates depend on the items being ordered, contact our sales department for exact rates. Free Freight policy does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
